Shipping policy

Shipping and Delivery Times

We ship all orders within Germany. Shipping typically takes 2–5 business days, but may take slightly longer for personalized products or custom-made items (e.g., 3D prints with custom text or designs).

Delivery times begin on the day we receive your payment or—for orders paid by invoice—on the day the order is confirmed.

We ship exclusively to the delivery address you provide. Please ensure that it is correct and complete.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is generally free for orders within Germany.

Note: Prices include shipping costs but exclude sales tax, as we apply the small business exemption under §19 UStG.

Shipping Providers

We work with reliable shipping providers. As soon as the goods have been handed over to the shipping provider, the risk and ownership are transferred to you.

If the delivery arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately at anyprint.shop@outlook.com. in this case, we will cover the return shipping costs after prior consultation.

Tracking

For all packages within Germany, you will receive a tracking number, if available, so that you can track your delivery at any time.

Note on Personalized Products

Products that are custom-made according to your specifications (e.g., custom text, individual measurements, or designs) are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Delivery times for personalized items may be longer and are indicated in the product description.
