Welcome to AnyPrint! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to AnyPrint (owned by Maximo Komarov). AnyPrint operates this store and this website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you, the customer, with a personalized shopping experience (the “Services”).

The terms and conditions set forth below, together with the policies referenced herein (these “Terms and Conditions” or “Terms”), describe your rights and obligations when you use the Services.

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy, you may not use or access our Services.

1. Access and Account

You represent that you are of legal age and have given us your consent to allow minors under your supervision to use the Services on your devices.

To use the Services, you may be asked to provide information such as your email address, billing and shipping addresses, and payment information. You represent that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for the security of your account information and all activities that occur under your account. Your account may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party.

2. Our Products

We strive to present our products and services as accurately as possible. Color variations or differences in how they appear on your device are possible.

Product descriptions are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to remove products from our lineup or limit quantities.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. AnyPrint reserves the right to accept or reject your order at its sole discretion. An order is considered accepted only after confirmation by AnyPrint.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Returns or exchanges are permitted exclusively in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

Purchases are intended for personal use only, not for commercial resale or export.

4. Prices and Billing

All prices include shipping but exclude sales tax, as we apply the small business exemption under §19 of the German Sales Tax Act (UStG).

Discounts, special offers, or price changes may occur without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of ordering is binding.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are non-binding estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseeable events.

Ownership and risk of the goods are transferred to you upon handover to the shipping carrier, unless the goods arrive damaged—in which case we will cover the return shipping costs after prior consultation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our services, including trademarks, text, images, graphics, and designs, is the property of AnyPrint or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Use is permitted exclusively for personal purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.

7. Return and Cancellation Policy

There is no right of withdrawal for personalized products (e.g., custom 3D prints or made-to-order items), as these are manufactured specifically for you (Section 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code (BGB)).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of our services or products.

9. Feedback

You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use your feedback. You represent and warrant that you own all rights to your feedback.

10. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

We assume no liability for typographical errors or incorrect information regarding prices or product availability.

11. Prohibited Use

You may use the Services only in accordance with the law. In particular, unlawful acts, infringements of intellectual property rights, harassment, or the distribution of malicious software are prohibited.

12. Termination of the Contractual Relationship

We may suspend your account or access to the Services at any time without prior notice, particularly in the event of a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

13. Severability Clause

Should any individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

14. Governing Law

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Düsseldorf.
